Round the World in 36 hours by Car !

Impossible? Well not quite. We will explain how, but first....

Why are we making this journey?

We plan to collect sponsorship and other donations to and use the money raised to help create a Sensory Garden for autistic children at Baycroft School here in Stubbington.

The Garden will include trees, a wooden xylophone, plants with bold shapes, strong scents and bright colours to stimulate all the senses, particularly beneficial to the autistic pupils and those who have visual impairment.
There will be a seated area where teachers can read stories to the children or sit and relax with them at break times or eat lunch. The aim is to encourage pupils to explore visual, tactile and audio experiences. A collection of plants and herbs will also be planted and pupils will be able to taste and smell to enhance the multi sensory experience of the garden. The end product will be a unique and exciting environment that inspires children at Baycroft School.
